On behalf of the members of The Board of Directors, I am pleased to welcome you to the website of Ijara House Holding Company.
This website aims to provide an insight to our company, its services and business ethos, and on-going communication between us and our trading partners and shareholders.
Since the establishment of Ijara House Holding in August 2006, with the specific purpose of creating a group of integrated auctions in the state of Kuwait and in the Arabian Gulf, the company has launched several affiliated identities. Some of these are specialists in trading assets and selling, buying and renting cars to both the corporate and the consumer sectors.
In 2008, Ijara acquired The Fleet Auction Group Ltd., a leading UK motor vehicle remarketing company with a well-established and proven track record of ‘trade-only’ business, dealing solely with fleet vendors and registered motor trade buyers; a track record that has been sustained and has grown despite the severe adverse economic pressures.
In 2010, Ijara House Holding acquired Al-Itihad Auction Company, considered one of the leading auction companies in the Arab United Emirates. By the beginning of 2012, this company had taken a significant step in the public auctions sector, having extended its services in the gulf area through the establishment of a public auctions company in State of Bahrain and in the neighboring countries.
Our performance and business achievements have been accomplished through continuous review of our strategy, response to market requirements and careful management and development of available investment opportunities.
We are already planning a new group of projects that will generate operational profits in line with the company’s overall strategy.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Management of Ijara House Holding Company continues to develop the company’s activities and the operational processes across all sectors and services. We are also building business projects and developing successful investment opportunities in neighboring countries and in the United Kingdom.Best Regards,
